Transportation Needs Survey

Tell us about your transportation needs!

This is a brief survey concerning transportation needs in Portage and Summit Counties. The survey is part of the region’s Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan update.

We need to hear from you! The survey will take most participants fewer than five minutes to complete. We very much appreciate your time and the information is very important to the study effort.
