Thank you for participating in the 2024 IncluDE Landscape Survey. This survey is focused on clinical research site needs for diverse, equitable and inclusive trials and community engagement.

This data is critical to inform SCRS advocacy efforts and programming that will focus on supporting site capabilities for more inclusive clinical trials.

When we refer to diversity, equity and inclusion, consider all aspects including race, age, sexual orientation and gender identities, socioeconomic backgrounds, disability, religion, etc.  
 
Data will be collected and reported at the 2024 IncluDE Summit being held April 8-9 in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, this data will be shared as part of the Site Landscape Survey at the 2024 Global Site Solutions Summit September 27-29 in Hollywood, Florida. 

This survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
