Hello!
I'm the owner of A Gtt of Pretty © educational company. I conduct healthcare or science workshops for ages 5 to 14 (boys and girls). Virtual workshops are held on Saturdays at 2pm EST. The workshops will consist of teaching basic information, labs/activities, and exposure to healthcare and scientific careers (WITH A SPECIAL GUEST) I desire to lead the workshops for those who don't have access to these types of programs or don't want to wait until high school to experience this! I have a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and am a Certified Pharmacy Technician. I have experience with education-based research, tutoring, and classroom teaching. I obtained healthcare experience from medical laboratories, pharmacies, and offices.
Workshops will be held virtually through Zoom. In each course there are multiple one hour workshops. Each course is at a reduced rate due to the lack of travel and purchase of additional supplies. A completion certificate and downloadable worksheets/activities will be provided. Parents are responsible for printing activities beforehand and providing lab materials. If not, students can participate without the above! Prices below are per child.
