This is an application to be considered for a Grant to cover the cost of tuition for the Fanshawe College Industrial Management and EV Fundamentals Certificates. This grant is part of Unifor’s EV Auto Sector Upskilling/Training Project and solely made possible through that project. All information will be kept confidential between Unifor, the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development (MLITSD) and Fanshawe College, and is solely used for the grant application.

The applicant must answer all questions accurately, honestly, and in its entirety to be considered for the grant.

The grant application must be submitted no later than Thursday November 20, 2025 by 12:00 PM via https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IndustrialManagementRound1 to be considered for the grant.

APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE ABOVE SURVEY MONKEY LINK. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH EMAIL OR IN PERSON.

All successful applicants will be contacted around November 28, 2025, and must respond no later than December 1, 2025. If the successful applicant does not respond by said date, the applicant will be forfeited from the grant and the training certification program opportunity. All successful applicants will be required to meet with the Coordinator to fill out the onboarding paperwork.

The first cohort of the Industrial Management and EV Fundamentals Certificates program will commence on January 6, 2026 in person at Fanshawe’s Woodstock Campus.

You agree and understand that if awarded the grant, you are required to follow all Fanshawe College’s policies and rules, and be committed to attending all classes to complete the program. You could face being expelled from the course and your grant terminated if you do not follow Fanshawe College’s rules and policies, if your attendance is poor and/or if Unifor deems there is a conflict.
