Inclusive Wiltshire Feedback

The WPCC has developed this form to collect feedback from parent carers about their experiences of Inclusive Wiltshire, having applied for the new 2026 scheme, which replaces the previous Wiltshire Short Breaks scheme.

The WPCC will collate responses submitted here to present regular updates to Wiltshire Council officers about experiences and satisfaction.
