Love Your Lakes Survey - IRLC

Introduction and Informed Consent Page

Informed Consent:
You are invited to participate in a survey that is being conducted by the Center for Community Studies (CCS) at SUNY Jefferson Community College in Watertown on behalf of the Indian River Lakes Conservancy (IRLC). The CCS is performing this study as an independent and unbiased organization.
Your input will help the IRLC to:
✔ Better understand how people connect with the Indian River lakes and surrounding land.
✔ Identify the biggest water quality concerns and barriers to action
✔ Find out what resources lake associations need most
✔ Develop better tools to help local communities take action
We request your informed consent to be a voluntary participant. The survey should take between five and ten minutes to complete. Please feel free to ask about the survey or objectives by emailing the IRLC at info@indianriverlakes.org. Also please feel free to direct your technical questions to Andy Draper, Research Coordinator at the CCS, at adraper@sunyjefferson.edu.
You are free to withdraw consent at any time up until the time you submit the survey. If you are uncomfortable answering a question, you may skip it. Your responses are anonymous and will not be linked to your identity in any way. If you wish to unsubscribe it is your right to do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email invitation message that you received. By proceeding to the next page, you are indicating that you are 18 years of age or older and you are agreeing to the above request for consent.
