Thank you for agreeing to take part in this survey, which will take approximately 7-8 minutes to complete.
Your responses will give us a greater understanding of the challenges Australian businesses face in registering and enforcing intellectual property (IP) rights in ASEAN markets and China. These will assist policy makers, so that they can help businesses like yours in the future.
Participation in all or any part of this survey is voluntary.
The Export Council of Australia (ECA) is conducting this important survey in collaboration with IP Australia, with the support of the Department of Industry Innovation and Science (DIIS).
PRIVACY The ECA and survey partners respect your privacy. The only personal information that may be collected as part of this survey is your name and email address if you choose to provide it. You have the option of completing the survey anonymously.

We will only use the information you provide for research purposes related to this survey.

The ECA will disclose the survey responses to IP Australia and DIIS. The ECA will not disclose any identifiable research information to any other third party, unless we have your express prior consent or are required to do so by Australian law.

Information we collect from you is routinely de-identified and/or destroyed. You may also request at any time to have any information we hold about you de-identified or destroyed.

The relevant privacy policies of ECA, IP Australia and DIIS contain information about how you can seek access to, or correction of, your personal information held by each entity and how you can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles.
