1. Introduction

This online survey is designed to explore the experiences of nurses and midwives working in various healthcare settings across Ireland.

This year, the survey covers topics of workplace terms and conditions, wellbeing and safe patient care. The information will be used to inform the INMO strategy for supporting and representing nurses and midwives.
