ILDS Library Closed Dates Survey - Holiday 2024

ILDS will visit each location 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays:

New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Day
Memorial Day

Juneteenth
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
The day after Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve

Please provide the dates that your location will be closed for the period November 1, 2024 - January 3, 2025.

If you are not closed any other days than the holidays that ILDS observes, it is not necessary for you to complete the survey. If you need to add more closure dates after completing this survey, simply respond to the survey again, indicating only the added closure dates.
