Illinois Library Delivery Service - Dates Closed Survey
ILDS will visit each location 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Day
Memorial Day
July 4
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
The day after Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve
Please provide your closure dates for the period May 1 through August 31, 2023.
If you need to add more closure dates after completing this survey, simply respond to the survey again, indicating only the added closure dates.
