IGLYO Programmes Manager Application Form

Thank you for applying for the role of Programmes Manager at IGLYO. We are excited to read your application!

Before filling out the Online Application Form below, please make sure to carefully read the full Application Pack and download and fill out our Experiences & Qualifications form to be uploaded as a PDF below. Once you're ready, please fill out the form below.

Please note that, in the initial shortlisting, our main consideration is the information in the "Motivation, Skills and Knowledge" section of the online application form below, so please be as detailed as possible. The Experiences & Qualifications form is looked at in greater details in the case of shortlisted applicants.

We will only consider candidates who have fully filled in the application form below. We do not accept email applications.

Please write your responses in your own words and use specific examples that clearly explain your personal contribution, decisions and learning. We have seen an increase in generic applications produced using generative AI, which do not allow us to assess a candidate’s actual experience or judgement. The use of generative AI to generate, draft or substantially rewrite your answers will therefore work against your application. We will not accept applications using generative AI, as we will be unable to assess your individual skills and suitability for the role. Standard spelling, grammar and accessibility tools may be used.

The application deadline is Sunday 13 September 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Informal enquiries about the post can be sent to IGLYO’s Executive Director, Bella FitzPatrick (she/her) at bella@iglyo.org.

Thanks, and good luck!

Motivation, Skills and Knowledge
When recruiting new team members, we focus primarily on the skills, knowledge, and experience that candidates would bring to the role. We are less concerned with formal qualifications or whether someone has previously held an identical position, and more interested in how they would approach the responsibilities of the Programmes Manager at IGLYO. Experience may come from paid employment, volunteering, activism, community organising, research, education or other settings.

The application questions are designed to help us understand how your experience relates to the key competencies required for the role. Please use concrete and diverse examples wherever possible, focusing on what you did, how you approached the situation, the decisions you made and what you learned. We do not expect applicants to meet every criterion or to be equally strong in all areas, and we are committed to supporting the continued learning and professional development of our staff.

Before completing the application, please read the job description and personal specifications carefully. All questions should be answered in English, which is IGLYO’s working language and will also be used during interviews.
