Thank you for participating in Round 1 of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Disk 2.0 survey. The goal of this Delphi process is to reach consensus on the 10 - 15 most important IBD-related impacts for IBD-patients.
After answering a few general questions, you will be asked to complete two tasks:
1. Ranking the 5 overarching categories based on IBD-related burden
2. Scoring the 72 specific IBD-related impacts based on two criteria:
- IBD-related burden using a scale from 1 (low burden) to 9 (high burden), and
- frequency of occurrence using a scale from 1 (low frequency) to 9 (high frequency)
Please note:
- Completing this survey will take approximately 20 minutes and must be done in one sitting.
- To avoid any loss of data, we recommend completing the survey using the Google Chrome or Safari web browsers.
- After scoring all items, please click the 'Done' button on the last page to submit your responses.
Please complete the entire survey by September 12th.
