The Board of Directors of the Maine Indoor Air Quality Council invites those interested in presenting at the 2025 IAQ & Energy Conference (December 9, 2025 in Portland, Maine) to submit a presentation proposal for review by the Conference Planning Committee. The deadline for application submission is July 25, 2025.

Presentation proposals should address the impact of the indoor environment on human health, productivity and well being, as well as strategies for the design, construction, operations, maintenance, investigation and remediation of built environments for both health and sustainability. We have suggested some possible topic categories, but you are welcome to create your own.

Because of the length of this presentation proposal form, we highly recommend you prepare your proposal in a word processing file before uploading it into this form. You can return to a partially completed or fully submitted proposal as long as you use the same device. If you wish to submit more than one presentation proposal, you will need to use a different device for each proposal application.
