The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and DeKalb County are partnering to conduct the I-20 East Transit Oriented Development Strategic Plan.  The purpose of the project is to create a blueprint for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at proposed station sites along the I-20 East corridor from Indian Creek Station to the Mall at Stonecrest (see map below). TOD is a type of community development that can include a mix of housing, office, retail and other amenities integrated into a walkable neighborhood and centered around quality public transportation.

The study is seeking input from business owners in the corridor to set goals and priorities for the strategic plan and inform desired outcomes.
