Parents and caregivers who live, work, or use child care services in Halton Region are invited to share their experiences with early learning and child care programs.
- The survey takes about 10–15 minutes to complete.
- Your feedback will help Halton Region develop a new Early Learning and Child Care Plan (ELCCP) — a 5-year plan to support quality, accessible, and inclusive early learning and child care programs. The ELCCP will be published on the Halton website in Spring 2026.
- Please answer for your family as a whole. If you have more than one child in care or have used different programs at different times, think about your overall experience with early learning and child care programs.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed in aggregated and anonymous format except where disclosure is required by law. The information collected on this survey will be used for program planning and continuous improvement in the children’s services sector. Section 71 of the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, S.O. 2014, c. 11, Sched. 1, is the authority for the collection.
