Waste services are changing across Victoria, with new State Government requirements, evolving recycling practices and increasing costs affecting how councils deliver these essential services.
West Wimmera Shire Council is reviewing its waste and recycling services to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our community while remaining practical, sustainable and financially responsible into the future.
As part of this review, Council is seeking feedback from residents and businesses about a range of current and future waste services, including kerbside collections, glass recycling, food and garden organics, transfer stations and free waste disposal programs.
Your feedback will help Council understand community priorities and inform future planning and decision making.
