Proposal Guidelines
1. Max 500 words
2. Clear problem → solution → outcome
3. Case studies, pilots, or demonstrations preferred
4. University, startup, fleet, utility, and OEM submissions encouraged
5. Beginner (101/boot camp) and advanced content welcome—but must be intentional

Pitch - These quick, high-energy sessions are perfect for companies or individuals who want to introduce a new idea, technology, or project to the audience.

Demonstration - These sessions provide a space for companies to offer live demonstrations to attendees, including at the Ride and Drive, Off Site Tours, and On-Site Expo. Demos are conducted in coordination with a sponsorship or exhibitor package, combining product display with an educational component.

Tech Talk - These sessions are presentation-based on a particular technology, project, or case study.

Session - These presentation or panel based sessions allow content to delve deeper into a particular topic through interactive learning and Q&A.
