A Firestarter is a young person (18-25) who is making a spark in their community.  Someone who shows promise in developing as a feminist, social change artist, whose work has the potential to create change for women and girls in Kentucky. Young artists continue lead social justice movements, combining racial justice, climate change, gender creativity and so much more. Young people are making art to make their voices heard.
