2026 OAFP Foundation FUTURE Conference Scholarship Application

The OAFP Foundation (Foundation) will provide 10, $600 scholarships for Ohio medical students to attend the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) FUTURE conference, Thursday-Saturday, July 30 – August 1, in Kansas City, MO. New in 2026 – students may receive both an AAFP and OAFP Foundation scholarship for a total of $1,200 to support FUTURE travel expenses. Students can receive an AAFP scholarship (separate application) only once in their medical school career. For complete eligibility and requirements, visit the OAFP website.
