Ontario Soccer - Have your say in shaping the future of soccer in your Province!

2021 marks the third and final year of Ontario Soccer’s current three year Strategic Plan. This year the Board of Directors of Ontario Soccer, led by the Strategic Planning Committee are preparing and planning the design of a new Strategic Plan in order to be fully operational for 2022. The term of the new strategic plan will be constructed to be a five-year plan running from 2022 through to the end of 2026 and will align with the same term as Canada Soccer’s strategic plan.

We want to ensure your needs and opinions are heard, and you can voice them right now by completing this survey.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and is open to all members of Ontario Soccer. We ask that respondents that are aged 16 and under complete the survey with a parent or guardian.
