The Counselors of Real Estate Consulting Corps Assessing Opportunities to Address Housing and Vacant Properties on Bloomington’s west side

The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) is in Bloomington Aug. 3-7 to examine and provide recommendations to improve neighborhoods impacted by vacant properties, deteriorating housing stock, and disinvestment on Bloomington’s west side. Mid-Illinois REALTORS® Association (MIRA) and Illinois REALTORS® brought this expertise to the City of Bloomington, through the National Association of REALTORS®’ Transforming Neighborhoods Program.
