Collaborator of the Year Award – Criteria
Nominees should:
  • Support the VCSQI mission to improve cardiac care and outcomes.
  • Share knowledge or best practices that benefit others.
  • Work collaboratively with partners or workgroups.
  • Make a measurable positive impact on patient care or performance.
