One Rare Experience 2026 Application Form

Thank you for your interest in One Rare Experience 2026. One Rare Experience is a multi-day program for young adults with rare conditions working towards fulfilling One Rare’s mission to improve experiences for this community through education, mentoring and peer support. One Rare Experience will be held July 29-August 1 at Boston College in Boston, MA.

As a reminder, One Rare programs, including this in-person event are intended for people living with rare conditions between the ages of 18 - 35 years old, functionally and chronologically.

Please note, participants will be expected to stay for the duration of the trip (barring any emergencies). Once applications have been submitted, those invited will be asked to have a virtual interview with the One Rare staff before your spot is secured.
