Start/Finish Line Lead:
In this role, you will oversee setup and teardown at Raymond Field, serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, and ensure they know their tasks—which include managing water stations, signage, youth race support, and medal presentations. Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
Volunteer Tent Lead:
Managing the "hub" where all other volunteers arrive. Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
Gym Floor Lead:
In this role, you will oversee all areas of the Celebration Zone including the set up for Expo on Saturday. If you are logistically sound and have experience with events you will love this position! Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
Bag Check Lead:
On race weekend, you will ensure everything is set up and that we are ready to check participants bags. If you can organize and train people for logistical tasks, then this role is perfect for you! Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
Info Booth Lead:
You will ensure volunteers have the correct information they need to communicate to our participants for race weekend. Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
Nutrition Lead:
you will ensure volunteers are trained and ready with lots of food on hand for our participants. Following the completion of the race(s), you will make sure the area is packed up. Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
Merchandise Booth Lead:
Do you have retail and customer service experience? The VHM Merch Store is the place for you! You will help with the setup, display, and selling of our previous VHM Swag. You will be responsible for organizing inventory, engaging with participants, volunteers and spectators, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience! All proceeds will be donated to our charity partners. Saturday, October 10th & Sunday, October 11th.
