APPLICATION
There are over 200 high schools participating in Florida's ProStart program. Florida's ProStart Culinary Team Competitions is able to accommodate 50 schools in the Keiser University Culinary Competition and the UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management Competition while the Universal Orlando Edible Centerpiece and Fresh from Florida Waiters Relay can accommodate more teams. The purpose of this application is to extend the privilege of competing in this event to schools who most effectively implement the ProStart curriculum in their classroom as it was intended to be put into practice.
To be eligible to compete, the program must 1) be a Premier or Full ProStart program and 2) complete the NRAEF Data Collection Survey.
