RE3 is a Government of Canada program that provides non-repayable performance based contributions up to $5,000 to assist Southern Ontario women-led SMEs to rebuild, reopen and revive their businesses. Eligible activities include:
  • Acquisition of required/mandated Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) 
  • Workspace reconfiguration to accommodate physical distancing
  • Hardware/software upgrades to enhance online capacity, client servicing and accessibility

The WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation is delivering the program across the Western Ontario region. Businesses located elsewhere in Ontario must apply for RE3 through the Northumberland Community Futures Development Corporation.

Western Ontario is defined to include the following Statistics Canada census divisions: Brant; Bruce; Chatham-Kent; Dufferin; Elgin; Essex; Grey; Haldimand-Norfolk; Hamilton; Huron; Lambton; Middlesex; 27) Niagara; 28) Oxford; 29) Perth; Simcoe; Waterloo; Wellington; Durham; Halton; Peel; Toronto; and York.

  • Description of the project(s) you wish to undertake, timeline for completion and outcomes/impact to your business
