CACEA 2026 REA Mentoring and Coaching Program - PROTÉGÉ APPLICATION FORM

CACEA's Mentoring and Coaching program is designed to provide our registered Energy Advisor members (Junior and Full) with an opportunity to build their network and learn from a more experienced CACEA member.

These mentors are a valuable resource and provide a variety of sector information and best practice guidance. Mentors are not expected to offer jobs, recommendations on pricing, and/or review specific files.

The program will run from February 23 to August 23, 2026. Protégés are responsible for meeting with their mentor a couple times a month, for a total of 2-3 hours per month. Protégés must share their goals and objectives of the relationship and identify topics/agenda items for discussion.

Pairings will be shared by late January. There will be a mandatory Mentoring and Coaching Program "kick-off" meeting during the week of February 23, 2026.

Please complete the 2026 CACEA Mentoring and Coaching - Protégé Application. Provide as much detail as possible as the information provided will help the committee understand your program goals and find a suitable mentor.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Priority placement will be given to those who have not participated in the program before. For those who participated in previous programs, placement will depend on the availability of mentors.
