Eligibility:
- Must be a company operating in or significantly contributing to the Australian subsea and/or ocean-based industry.
- Demonstrated impact within the past 12–18 months.
- Open to operators, service providers, technology developers, and engineering firms.

- Successful delivery of complex subsea projects with high standards of quality and performance.
- Evidence of continuous improvement and reliability in operations.
2. Sustainability & Environmental Impact
- Initiatives that support Australia’s energy transition and environmental goals.
- Demonstrated commitment to reducing carbon footprint and protecting marine ecosystems.
3. Health & Safety Excellence
- Strong safety culture with measurable outcomes (e.g., incident reduction, safety innovations).
- Implementation of proactive health and safety programs, training, and risk management.
4. Industry Collaboration & Advocacy
- Active engagement with Subsea Energy Australia and broader industry initiatives.
- Contributions to knowledge sharing, policy development, or industry standards.
5. Workforce Development & Inclusion
- Investment in local talent, training, and skills development.
- Promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce.
6. Commercial Performance & Growth
