Load-in & Set up (4am-6am)

Set up 10x10 tents, inflatables, Hall of Fame, remaining banners (6am-8am)

Set up judging tent, lunch tents (7am-9am)

Work ticketing (10:30am-12:30pm)

Drive golf carts shuttles (10:30am-12:30 pm)

Assist with turn-in & scoring at judging tent (11:30pm-2:30pm)

Work ticketing (12:30-2:30pm)

Drive golf carts shuttles (12:30pm-2:00 pm)

Weigh pull tabs (1pm-2:30pm)

Tear down judging and cool down spaces (2:30pm-3:30pm)

Take down fence banners (2:30pm-3:30pm)

Take down Hall of Fame (3pm-4pm)

Event Clean Up, Pack U-Haul (2:30pm - 4:30pm)

Unload the U-Haul at AGC office (4:30-5:30 pm)

I will help wherever I am needed.
