This survey has been created to collect information about your experience of prescription charges in England. We want to find out about whether people on different types of treatment for kidney disease are paying for their prescription medicines. The survey is anonymous and we cannot identify you from your responses.
We will share the results from the survey with government, as part of a campaign for fair prescription charging. We will also share results on our websites and other communication channels. We may include quotes from survey responses, but will not identify you in doing so. Please do not include any information that would identify you, a location, or an individual healthcare professional. Please do not complete the survey if you are not happy for people outside of Kidney Care UK, Kidney Research UK or the National Kidney Federation to read your anonymised comments.
The survey closes on 16 July 2026 and will take around three minutes to complete.
If you are completing the survey on behalf of someone with kidney disease, the answers should be about them, their condition and whether they pay for prescriptions and NOT you.
