Introduction

This survey is a key component of the HIV s100 Prescriber Program. The results will help us better meet the needs of the HIV community prescriber workforce.

Completion of this survey is a requirement of the HIV s100 Accredited Prescriber Program.

Even if you do not intend to renew your accreditation, we encourage your participation to inform ongoing improvement of the prescriber program.

You can self-submit this activity for 0.5 RP points (RACGP & ACRRM)

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.  

Data handling

All information you provide will remain confidential and be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Aggregate de-identified findings may be used by ASHM for project evaluation and quality improvement, or reported to project funders, in sector conferences and/or through other channels.
