West Shore RCMP is seeking community feedback as we work with our municipal and Indigenous partners to develop the 2026 Annual Police Priority Plan (APP).

The Annual Police Priority Plan outlines local policing priorities for 2026, beginning April 1, 2026. The plan is developed collaboratively with West Shore municipalities and Nations and is informed by crime statistics, operational data, and community input.

Community feedback plays a critical role in this process. Hearing from residents about their experiences, concerns, and priorities—alongside crime data and other evidence—helps ensure policing efforts are aligned with the needs of the West Shore community.

Please note that this survey is to help inform the police of where your community would like to see focused police efforts. These priorities are not exclusive of what the police will investigate. Public safety is our top priority and we encourage all community members to call the police to report criminal offences regardless of whether they are listed in this priority list.
