Hepatitis B Annual Prescriber Survey 2025 |
Introduction
This survey is a key component of the Hepatitis B s100 Prescriber Program. The results help us better meet the needs of the hepatitis B community prescriber workforce.
Completion of this survey is a requirement for ongoing accreditation as Hepatitis B s100 Community Prescriber. If you are a member of RACGP or ACRRM, you may self-submit this survey for 0.5 Reviewing Performance (RP) hours.
Even if you do not intend to renew your accreditation, we encourage your participation in this survey to inform ongoing improvement of the prescriber program.
The activity will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Data handling
All data will remain confidential and de-identified and reported in aggregate for your privacy. Aggregate de-identified findings may be used by ASHM for project evaluation and quality improvement, or reported to project funders, in sector conferences and/or through other channels. All data will be managed according to ASHM’s Privacy Policy, which means from time to time ASHM may partner with external agencies to undertake research and evaluation activities.
