Accessibility Readiness & Pain Points Industry Survey (Recipients)

Description:
BISG is seeking feedback from both creators (publishers and vendors) and recipients (distributors, retailers, aggregators, and libraries) of digital products across the book supply chain to inform the work of our Accessibility Working Group in their efforts to support accessible publishing. The aim is to gather cross‑industry input on challenges and support needs related to complying with accessibility legislation such as the European Accessibility Act (EAA), effective June 2025 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), effective April 2026.

This survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

What we do with your data:

• Personal or organizational identifying information will be used internally by BISG only to understand and track distribution of responses.
• Aggregate results will be shared publicly, but individual responses will never be attributed or identifiable.
• BISG may use AI-assisted analysis for data analysis to help recognize themes and identify key patterns in survey responses. This analysis will not expose personally identifiable information to any AI tools, and any findings informed by AI assistance will be clearly noted in reports or summaries.
