Applications are increasingly competitive. If you have delivered HAF provision before, do not assume prior knowledge. You must:
Fully describe your provision
Clearly outline activities, food offer, target groups, and intended outcomes
Incomplete or vague applications may score poorly.

Additional Requirement
In addition to the application form, you must complete a Provider Statement.
