About the survey

Dear participants, thank you for taking the time to respond to our questionnaire. We hope to interrogate the current status of perioperative antibiotic use in our field of head and neck surgery with the goal to work towards generating evidence-based recommendations in the future. We would appreciate it if the main surgeons of the department could fill out the questionnaire, multiple if there are several units with different standards for endocrine and head and neck surgery. The questionnaire allows for answering only one surgical subcategory when selecting “not applicable” for the first question of the subsection.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and answers are recorded anonymously.

In the scope of this survey, EORTC will process the data as data controller in its legitimate interest for the purpose that was presented to you in the introduction.
The survey has been approved by the EORTC H&N board . Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You can withdraw from the study at any time without providing a reason. Declining to participate or withdrawing from the study will not have negative consequences for you.
