Have your say to improve the Australian aged care system for CALD seniors

This survey is designed to gather your insights into the needs of CALD seniors in Australia in accessing and using aged care services. For the purpose of this survey CALD seniors refers to people over 65 years who were born overseas in mainly Non-English Speaking countries. In addition,  CALD can also refer to how the older person self-identifies as being culturally and linguistically diverse and how culture and faith is important to them.

The survey results will inform future directions of the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care program's resource and practice development.

It should take no more than 10-15 min to complete. Your input is very important to us.

Thank you for your support and contributions. If you have any enquiries please reach out to us at info@culturaldiversity.com.au

All information in this survey is confidential.
