MiWay Hybrid-Electric Bus Rider Experience Survey |
About this survey:
MiWay has been modernizing its bus fleet by introducing hybrid-electric buses, which now make up about 42% of the fleet. We want to hear from riders about your experience with these newer buses and your views on the program. Your feedback will help shape future bus decisions and demonstrate how riders feel about MiWay's fleet modernization.
This survey takes about 4 minutes. Your responses are anonymous and will be reviewed in aggregate by the MiWay team. There are no right or wrong answers — we want to hear about your honest experience, positive or negative.
As a thank‑you for your time, participants may choose to enter a draw for a chance to win one of 5 PRESTO cards valued at $25 each. Entry into the draw is optional, and any contact information provided for the draw will be collected separately and will not be linked to your survey responses.
