Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. The National Council on Problem Gambling wants to explore how best to align your voice and experience with our future education and advocacy planning efforts.

This survey is to better understand your perspective on where NCPG can strengthen prevention and awareness building earlier to help people experiencing risk, what needs to be said to reduce harm, and how to support people in recovery. Your responses will help us improve the work we do in support of our mission.

We’re building a list of individuals with lived experience who are interested in sharing their perspectives in future NCPG awareness and education efforts—from social media and videos to advocacy materials and outreach. (This is separate from NCPG’s Ambassador Program, which trains participants to engage with media and policymakers.)
