How much do you think our rents should increase by in 2026/27?

6% - this means we can provide all the services you expect plus additional improvements to some kitchens, bathrooms, windows and gardening in our developments.
7% - this means we can provide all the things mentioned above plus potentially expand our furniture leasing scheme supporting some of our tenants to turn their properties into homes.
8% - this means we can provide all the things listed above plus additional kitchens, bathrooms and windows.

We would welcome any comments you have on our proposed increase, all comments are reviewed by our Board of Managment in advance of making any decision on what the increase will be.
