Exhibitor Acceptance
In accordance with the terms set forth herein, the company set forth above (“company” or “exhibitor”) contracts for exhibit space with the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (“HPNA”) at the HPNA Annual Conference, to be held on May 7 and 8, 2026 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida (the "conference or "event"). The company agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein and agrees to abide by the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, and any amendments thereto (the “Rules”), a copy of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Upon acceptance by HPNA, this application and the Rules constitute, and shall be referred to, as the “exhibitor agreement."
