SMART is exploring the potential addition of a new station in Geyserville, expanding passenger rail service in northern Sonoma County and improving connections for residents, workers, and visitors. Community feedback will help guide whether a station should be added and where it should be located.

The proposed Geyserville station would provide a new rail access point between Healdsburg and Cloverdale, helping connect the community to the broader SMART system while supporting local mobility and economic opportunities.

The station would:
  • Provide train access for Geyserville residents, workers, and visitors
  • Increase transportation options in northern Sonoma County
  • Improve connectivity between rail, transit, walking, and bicycling
  • Support future extension plans toward Cloverdale
  • Return passenger rail service to Geyserville for the first time in nearly 70 years
Tell us what matters most to you and when you're most likely to ride SMART. Your feedback will help shape future planning efforts and ensure a potential Geyserville station meets the needs of residents, workers, and visitors.

Please submit your feedback by Sunday, August 16, 2026 at midnight.
