The Migraine Trust are running a survey of people with migraine to find out about their experience of accessing migraine treatments. Accessing migraine treatments means being able to see the right health professionals, get the medicines or treatments you need, and use them without too much difficulty.
We will use the results from the survey to help us to campaign for fair access to migraine treatment for everyone. To take part in the survey you must be an adult (18 years or older) and live in the UK.
The survey will take up approximately 20 minutes to complete. Each page has a progress bar. It shows how much of the survey you have completed. It is not possible to save your answers and come back later. Some questions have a star (*). This means you must answer them before you can continue. The survey is anonymous; your name is not required for you to take part.
Financial support has been provided to The Migraine Trust through grants from Pfizer Ltd and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (UK) Ltd, who have had no input or influence into the development and delivery of any activities related to this project.
What we will do with your information: All the information will be stored securely and confidentially in line with The Migraine Trust’s data privacy policy.
You are free to exit the survey at any time. You can do this by closing your browser.
