2026 Best Place to Work Nominee

It's time to recognize business and professional excellence in Nassau County!

This award honors a business that goes above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture: one where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired. Nominations must be submitted by current employees.

Best Place to Work Nominees must meet the following criteria:
  • Current member of the Chamber of Commerce or a representative of a Chamber member business or organization for at least one year (membership must have started by September 2025 to qualify).
  • Actively involved in the Nassau County community. Please add examples in the narrative.
  • Has a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Offers opportunities for professional growth and team development.
  • Promotes work-life balance and employee well-being.
Submission Criteria:
  • Can ONLY be submitted by a current employee of the business.
  • Nassau County Chamber of Commerce Board members cannot self-nominate.
  • Responses must be limited to the space provided below.
  • This award is reserved for for-profit businesses only.
  • Content or narrative for each nomination must be no less than 50 words to be considered; nomination narratives with one word or just the name of the business will not be accepted and deemed ineligible.
  • The recipient of this award from the previous year is not eligible for nomination in the same award category for 2026. CLICK HERE to see last year's winners.
Nominations must be received by Friday, November, 6, 2026.

Nassau County Chamber Award recipients will be chosen from among the qualified nominees by a weighted vote of the Chamber Board of Directors and Chamber members.
