2026 SSCD Spring Travel Grant Application |
Application Instructions
The Society for the Study of Celiac Disease (SSCD) is offering a grant to support trainees with the costs of travel and/or accommodation to present celiac-related research at national or international conferences.
Amount of the award: $1,000
Application Deadline: 3/31/2026
Eligibility: To be eligible, the applicant should meet the following criteria:
1) You must be one of the following:
- An undergraduate student
- A graduate student
- A postdoctoral research fellow
- A gastroenterology fellow
- A medical resident
- An early-career medical associate (RD, RN, NP, nutritionist) within 5 years of degree attainment.
2) You must have an active SSCD membership at the time of application. (Not a member yet? Join now at https://www.theceliacsociety.org/membership/join-now-renew/.)
3) You must have an abstract related to celiac disease accepted for presentation at a national or international conference in 2026. Abstracts submitted but not accepted are not eligible.
*A maximum of one award will be granted per person*
