Candidate Qualifications
No more than one representative of a member or non-member organization may run for a Directorship or serve on the Board of Directors in the same year, and must meet the following criteria:

- Senior Leadership Experience: A proven senior leader (e.g., CEO or direct report of the CEO) with at least five years of organizational experience.
- Financial Acumen: A minimum of five years of experience in budgeting, financial oversight, or financial reporting.
- Governance Experience: Three to five years of previous board or committee experience with a nonprofit, corporate, or advisory board.
- Good Standing: If employed by a Member, that organization must be in good standing, meaning it is current on dues, has a current membership agreement with Cascale, and is in compliance with the terms of the membership agreement, including in compliance with all applicable membership requirements.
