FASEB LEAD (Leadership Engagement and Appreciation of Differences) is a bidirectional mentoring program that connects professionals across career stages, roles, organizations, and backgrounds. Each participant enters the partnership prepared to share their knowledge and perspectives while also learning from their mentoring partner.
