Thank you for your interest. We are now leasing the last building of the SHA Yesler Redevelopment, located at 9th and Main Street, just above the Hill Climb connecting Little Saigon to Yesler, or down the hill behind the Yesler Community Center.
This property has onsite parking, access to a secured parcel locker room, secure outdoor play areas and Air Conditioning in the living room of each unit.

When you are ready to visit - we are located below the Yesler Community Center. If you are driving: from Yesler, turn South onto Washington (8th turns into Washington Street) and turn Right after the Apartment Complex named Swell, we are at the bottom of the hill. If you use GPS, you will have better success by typing in the community's name: Juniper Apartments rather than the address.
