TLC Retreat Overview

The Transfer Leadership Connection is a 3 day, 2 night retreat for new undergraduate transfer students. The retreat takes place October 3-5, 2025.
This student-led leadership retreat is filled with activities to help transfer students build connections to Texas Tech, develop their abilities as student leaders, and to help prepare them to have a positive impact on the climate for transfer students at Texas Tech.
The retreat registration fee is $50 and pays for a t-shirt, food, lodging, materials, and transportation for the weekend.
*Sign up for this program is only offered in the fall.
*Registrant MUST be a transfer student (no restrictions for what semester/year you transferred) and a first-time attendee of the retreat.
