Who we areThe
Canadian Cancer Survivor Network aims to connect cancer patients, survivors, and other stakeholder groups with decision makers in the wider community to help them engage in discussions about evidence-based best practices and hopefully alleviate the medical, emotional, financial and social costs of cancer in Canada. We also strive to sensitize and educate the population regarding cancer and various topics relating to survivorship as well as support services and resources made available.
The surveyEndometrial cancer is very hard to catch early since there's no routine screening test to detect it. The symptoms can also easily be mistaken for other health issues. Therefore, we decided to create and disseminate a survey to gain a better insight into the challenges that endometrial cancer patients are faced with in Canada. The survey consists of no more than 12 questions and should only take you about 5 minutes to complete. The results could help us push for changes in policy making and updating best care practices moving forward.
If you reside in Canada and were diagnosed with endometrial cancer at some point over the last 10 years, this survey is for you.Once the responses have been collected, we will analyze the data to better understand the possible disparities in accessing screening, cancer care and overall support and present our findings to the general public and policymakers.
It would also be of great help to us if you're able to share the survey link with as many people as possible to further our reach. You all deserve to be heard and seen. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this initiative and stay tuned for the results!
